| Couple follow-up questions, if you don't mind: I know your memory is foggy on exactly what happened but having gone back there do you think you were on the throttle at all when it happened? A lot of folks on this forum think it's a good idea to eliminate HICAS. In light of your experience do you think keeping the HICAS is a good idea? I'm asking these questions because safety is real important to me and there's much to learn from other's mistakes. I don't buy into the "just drive careful" philosophy. We all drive careful but we're all human after all, shit happens, and these are powerful cars. Might as well be prepared for it -- like not getting the harnesses if you don't have a roll cage. The fact that you've survived this means you're a huge asset to the Z community. I really appreciate your thoughts. Once again, I'm grad you're ok!
